Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
